Job Description
As a member of the call center based customer service
team based in Hyderabad, the main responsibility of
the selected candidate is to give telephone based instructions
and support to on-site field Engineers in both preventive
maintenance and repair. The candidate will also be responsible
for the installation of a new system at the customer
site, training customers in system usage, analyzing
customer's problems and providing necessary solutions,
all on telephone.
Qualification:
Graduate in Electronic Engineering/ Computer Engineering,
preferably combined with field service experience in Digital
Cinema Projectors.
Pre-Requisites:
Must have knowledge of computer hardware
Fluency in Regional language and English is a
must
Willingness to travel
Experience:
3 - 5 years of work experience
